Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your AllinLocal account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
⚠️ Important Warning
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, address)
- All your services and service listings
- All ratings and reviews you have received
- All session data and authentication tokens
- Your profile photo (if uploaded)
This action cannot be reversed. Please ensure you want to proceed before continuing.
How to Delete Your Account
- If you are logged in: Go to your Profile page in the app or website, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account".
- If you are not logged in: Log in to your account first, then follow step 1.
- Confirm deletion: You will be asked to confirm twice. Read the warnings carefully.
- Account deletion: Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, password hash
- Profile Data: Profession, custom profession, service descriptions, profile photo
- Location Data: Area, city, state, landmark, coordinates
- Service Listings: All services you have added, including prices and time basis
- Ratings & Reviews: All ratings and reviews you have received from customers
- Session Data: All active sessions and authentication tokens
- Password Reset Tokens: All pending password reset requests
What Data Will Be Kept
For legal and operational purposes, we may retain certain anonymized data:
- Aggregated statistics (e.g., total number of service providers in a city)
- Anonymized search analytics (no personal identifiers)
Data Retention Period: Once you request account deletion, your data is deleted immediately. There is no retention period for deleted accounts.
Alternative Options
Before deleting your account, consider these alternatives:
- Deactivate Services: You can deactivate individual services instead of deleting your entire account.
- Update Profile: You can update your profile information if you want to change your details.
